All Virtual Office contracts run for a minimum of three months. 

Call Reception
A personalised telephone answering service with all calls handled as per your instructions. Messages can be emailed through to you or left on your voicemail for you to pick up whenever convenient. We use a sophisticated call logging system to identify any calls you have missed from potential clients and can send them over to you.

Call Forwarding
Our DDI numbers can be auto forwarded to your own phone so that your personal numbers remain private but you still answer your own calls. This service includes 24 access to voicemail.

Mail Reception
Using our business address as your own helps you project a professional image and avoids your letter box becoming jammed with unwanted marketing material. Our receptionists are on hand all day to take delivery of signed-for letters or small parcels.

Mail Forwarding
Your incoming mail will be collected daily and sent to you at home or at an alternative business address.

Mail Scanning and Forwarding
Waiting for that all important contract? We can scan and email any mail so you don’t need to wait for your post to arrive the following day.

Central Fax Reception
Our central fax service allows us to receive your documents and scan and email them to you the same day.

Fax to Inbox
A dedicated fax number routed to your email inbox.

Registered Office Services
This service is only offered to mail reception clients.

As a Virtual Office resident you enjoy access to all KBC facilities and a reduced rate for meeting rooms. Should you decide later to take an office in the Kinetic Centre itself, all numbers and mailing addresses stay the same, so the move is seamless.
