1. Definitions

1.1 “We”, “Us” or “Our” refers to Kinetic Business Centre (Kinetic Centre).
1.2 “You” or “Your” refers to any user or visitor of our website, customers, tenants, licensees or clients.
1.3 “Services” means any offices (executive, serviced, virtual), meeting rooms, disaster recovery facilities, catering or other business‑support services provided by Us.
1.4 “Agreement” refers to the contract between You and Us incorporating these Terms and any booking form or service agreement.

2. Booking, Fees & Payment

2.1 Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received or a valid credit account has been approved.
2.2 Prices shown on our website or promotional materials include VAT unless otherwise stated.
2.3 Invoices are usually payable within 14 or 30 days, unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

3. Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the booked date/time.
3.2 Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before will incur a 50% charge.
3.3 Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or failure to attend, will incur a 100% charge.

4. Use of Premises & Services

4.1 You agree to follow all rules relating to health & safety, data protection, building security and fire regulations.
4.2 We may refuse access or terminate services if behaviour is abusive, illegal, or poses a risk to others.

5. Liability & Insurance

5.1 While we maintain public liability insurance and robust security, you are responsible for theft/loss of personal property.
5.2 We only accept liability for direct loss caused by proven negligence, capped at the total fees you’ve paid in the 12 months before the claim.
5.3 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, power failures, strikes, government orders, or supplier shortages.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

Your data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy, and in compliance with UK GDPR. We retain personal data only as long as necessary, deleting or anonymising it thereafter.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos and materials on our website are the property of Kinetic Business Centre. No licence is granted to copy, use or distribute any material without written permission.

9. Termination

We may terminate this agreement immediately if you breach any key obligation, or in cases of insolvency. Any outstanding fees will remain payable.

10. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
