Is there food and coffee on site?

Definitely. Our on-site café, Joules, serves coffee, snacks, and hot lunches every weekday.

When is reception staffed?

9am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours? No problem—residents have secure 24/7 access with a fob.

Can I bring my dog? Or my 2-year-old?

Dogs – absolutely, we are very paw friendly. Your toddler? We are open to all! Endless sugar supplies are available in Joules.

Am I able to invite guests to the space I work in?

Yes, you're welcome to have guests—just give reception a heads-up if it’s anything more than a quick visit or drop-in.

How is mail handled?

We receive and sort your mail to your own tray. You can collect it anytime, or we can forward/scan it to you (postage fees apply).

Do you sign for parcels?

Yes, always. We’ll take delivery and let you know once it arrives.

What about outgoing post?

We’ve got you covered there too. Just drop it off at reception and we’ll frank and send it out with the daily mail.

Do you forward mail for virtual clients?

Yes—we offer weekly or monthly forwarding options for virtual clients, depending on what suits you.

Is internet included?

Yes—reliable high-speed internet is standard. If you need something beefier, we can arrange upgrades.

Do you offer IT support?

Can I get phones or call answering?

Can I switch to a bigger office later?

As a virtual member, do I have the option to work from your building?

While virtual membership doesn’t include workspace access by default, you can book meeting rooms by the hour. If you’re looking for occasional use of a desk or workspace, let us know—we may be able to offer a hybrid or add-on option.
